Why Mango?

- Our company was given the name Mango Lighters for the divisibility of the word "mango" into the two sub elements "man" and "go". This describes the versatility and adventurous spirit of our jewelry.

How long do our rings last?

- It is difficult to give a specific time due to the fact that fuel usage will vary based off of personal ring size and frequency of lights. On average, our lighters last around 1-2 days before needing to refuel. When it comes time, fueling/charging is a simple procedure. Fueling via lighter fuel should take no more than a few seconds. Charging via USB Type-C should take no more than 1-2 hours (for electric models).

Are these rings safe?

- When used in the correct manner, our lighters are some of the safest lighters on the market today. Of course, it is our customers who have the final responsibility of abiding to simple guidelines, such as not overfilling, closing tightly, and general precautions. Please review all safety guidelines before use.

What Specific Metals Are Used?

- For our precious metal models, we only source 99.99% pure and hypoallergenic metals meaning there is virtually no risk of negative reactions. Copper and silver are actually both naturally antibacterial! Sure to have a long lasting shine with basic care and maintenaince.

- For our electric models, all of our hardware is made with aerospace grade 6060 aluminum and skin-safe silicone. Lightweight and extra durable qualities of aluminum sync nicely with the everyday use of our rings. The aluminum creates a nonreactive and hypoallergenic surface which is non-toxic and gentle on the skin.

Does the ring get hot?

- No. If used in the correct manner, our rings are not meant to transfer any serious change in temperature to the skin of our users. The ring may get slightly warm if used repeatedly. Read all safety guidelines before attempting to operate ring.

Are returns and exchanges allowed? 

– Yes, as per our return policy you are able to exchange your ring for an appropriate size within 30 days from when it was received, 90 days if never opened. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to follow through with a complete refund after the ring is shipped back to us within the previously mentioned 30-day period.
